  • Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 60 days if in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • Perishable Items: Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Return Shipping Cost: A flat fee of AUD 11.95 applies, and a prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved.
  • Return Method: All returns should be sent by post following our instructions.
  • Restocking Fee: May apply if items are not returned in perfect condition.
